Last week, Zara launched a new store dedicated solely to men apparel along with their very first coffee shop called Zacaffé. It is located in barrio Salamanca in Calle Hermosilla, 14. It is clear that Zara has elevated their enterprise by branching out and creating their very own curated café.
Zacaffé is so unique because it showcases a highly elevated gift shop and stunning design. Currently, the coffee shop has gained low reviews; probably because they didn't anticipate such rapid success and high demand.

Having just completed their first week, several customers noted that the pastry section was depleted by midday and the coffee seemed somewhat expensive. However, they did excel in the aesthetic design of the walls and countertops. When you walk in you first notice the red toned bricks on the wall. Each piece was carefully handcrafted into specific shapes in order to create an Arab inspired mosaic. You notice this throughout their shelves, floors, and plate sets.
Regarding the coffee gift shop, they provide printed t-shirts and tote bags. The quality is excellent, perfectly complementing the store's aesthetic. As Zacaffé concludes their first complete week, I'm confident they will continue to improve, and their café will inspire other stores and locations to explore beyond the fashion industry.
For the moment, I would hold off a bit longer to go and visit; but there is no doubt that it's worth exploring once. A lot of effort went into designing this space, achieving the very best that Zara can offer.
